Everlasting Flower Crowns & Herbal Keepsakes

  • Hedge Meadow 140 South Winsted Street Spring Green, WI, 53588 United States (map)

Celebrate the beauty of our midwestern summer! Make your own flower crown and herbal keepsake!

Create a colorful flower crown using some of our favorite everlasting blooms, then craft your own bundle of locally grown medicinal herbs to take home. Both could adorn your wall at home and serve as a reminder of summer’s bounty. We’ll spend the afternoon gathered on the beautiful patio at Hedge Meadow, nestled amongst the rolling hills of Spring Green, celebrating the abundance and beauty of the season.

Come to slow down during what can be such a busy time for us all. Enjoy good company, create something special with your hands, and celebrate the season with us. The shop will be open to explore all the magic of Hedg Meadow, who will be providing a steamy pot of herbal tea for us to share.

Some ingredients to expect at the flower bar include strawflowers, stattice, zinnias, amaranth, marigolds and celosia. These are some of our favorite everlasting flower varieties!

This class is for you if… you like trying new crafts, working with natural materials, are a gardener or nature lover, want to learn which plants dry well, want to learn how to dry your own herbs, or want to learn a new skill that you can carry with you and teach to others.

This class is not for you if... you find leaning over a table repeatedly uncomfortable, don’t like working and crafting with your hands, or get easily frustrated doing somewhat tedious projects.

Please note that this event will be held outdoors and while we expect lovely summer weather, it is weather-permitting (if we need to cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund)!

Cost: $50
